

Thomas Gawlik, 86, of Indiana, passed away on November 7, 2025. His dedication to his family and those in need will never be forgotten. His community service throughout his life included the Jaycees of Beaver Dam, the Knights of Columbus (past State Deputy), Gibault School for Boys (past Chairman), and most importantly his Roman Catholic faith.
Thomas was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Clement and Agnes Gawlik on April 18, 1939. He received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Marquette University in 1963. He married Elizabeth Lewis on May 22, 1965.
Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, his siblings Harold, Gilbert, Eugene, Clement, Richard, Bernard, and Pam, and his beloved wife of over fifty years, Elizabeth Gawlik.
Thomas is survived by his sister, Patricia Stemper; his son Michael Gawlik, his wife Mary Ann and their children Morgan and Meredith; his daughter Laura Buckley, her husband Steve and their children Kelsey Molnar (Max) and Nolan; her daughter Tami Earnhart, her husband Chris and their children Asher and Bryce; and her daughter Patricia (Tricia) Seddon, her husband Aaron and their children Riley, Alyssa and Frederick (Erick/Fred).
Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:30 pm on November 17, 2025, in the Memorial Chapel at Crown Hill Funeral Home, 700 38th St, Indianapolis, IN 46208. Mass will be celebrated at 1:30 pm in the same location with burial following.
