He leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife Dyanna G. Looper, sons, Thomas Kent Looper, Jason Eric Looper, Jody Spencer, daughters, Roni Looper , Vicki Looper, Jeremy Gilliard (Louis), Jaime Spencer, brothers, Kevin Looper, sisters, Sylvia ( Arnold) Smith, Elena Looper, 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
His visitation will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2014, 2pm - 3pm, with the Memorial Service commencing at 3pm at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel.
