Thomas Michael Meredith

Thomas Michael Meredith passed away unexpectedly on Thursday April 25th. "Michael" was born December 30, 1980 to Marsha Kay and John Steven Meredith whom have both preceded him in death. Michael was also preceded in death by his grandparents Ron and Margaret Burnworth and Thomas Lowes and Step Father Greg "Pappaw" Jensen.

Michael is survived by his daughter Chloe Unverzagt and son Hayden Meredith. Michael is also survived by his Step Mom Mary Jensen and siblings John (Holly) Meredith, Angela (Jason) Willis, Sabrina (David) Reynolds, Jason Meredith. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews as follow, Devin, Mikey, Colten, Brayden, Aleigha, Randy, Noah, Jada and Rylee. He also is survived by several great nieces and nephews. Michael was an avid car enthusiast and loved being a part of anything to do with cars. Michael loved being a father and wanted nothing more than to be a good father. Michael loved his family and friends and would like for you to celebrate his life. The family will have a private burial for immediate family only.

There will be a public visitation on Thursday May 2, 2019 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Crown Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery in the Remembrance Hall.
