
Thomas Leon Weber, 84, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away on November 25, 2018. Tom was son, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend. He was one man, yet he managed to be more to each person whose life he touched. His life included a variety of interests, all treasured more because he could share them with others. These included golf, fishing, boating, bridge, and travel. He was also an avid reader.
Tom was born in Mattoon, IL on August 11, 1934. He graduated from Purdue University in 1956 and spent the next two years in Germany with the army. After his discharge he relocated to San Francisco where he met his wife Mary Fackler. They just celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary. Tom worked for Standard Unit Parts Corp., a NAPA Distributor for his whole career. The latter years he served as President, until his retirement.
Tom is survived by his children Leslie, Scott and daughter in law Jennifer, brother Mike, and the lights of his life his grandchildren Mia, Zack, and Addison. He was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Berdina Weber and his sister Marilyn.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at Crown Hill Funeral Home in Indianapolis, Indiana on December 8 at 1:15 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 P.M.
