

Tom attended Cathedral High School, where he made lifelong friends; graduating in 1965. He went on to attend Butler University where his father maintained he majored in fraternity and girls; and where he played football for Tony Hinkle. He has a varied career in the service industry, serving as a bartender at Steak and Ale. He took that experience to become a business owner of Charlie & Barney’s at Keystone at the Crossing. After that, he pursued his love of golf by becoming owner/partner of the Links Golf Club in New Palestine. In all of his pursuits, he never met a stranger and was always known for his colorful turn of a phrase.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his brother, Chris Wishmire; sister, Heidi (Mike) Boilini; nephews, Sam and Jack Boilini; his beloved friend, Shelly Lancaster; and a host of friends and relations.
The Yankees have lost a devoted fan.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 23rd from 1pm to 5pm at Northside Events and Social Club, 2100 East 71st Street, Indianapolis, IN 46220.
