She is also greatly cherished by Aunt JoJo, Cousin Diva, Monique, Auntie Shelanne, Demita, Tyrin, and her beloved pets BaeLee and Rosie.
TimméAuna was lovingly referred to by her nicknames, Aunie or Aunie Bonnie, by family and friends. She had a bubbly, outgoing, yet gentle and sweet personality, and she was fiercely loved by all who came in contact with her. She was both jolly and high-spirited, a true joy to be around. She loved people and enjoyed bringing laughter wherever she went. Her playful nature once led her to trick a family member into eating bugs, a moment remembered with smiles. She also had a special fondness for insects.
From a young age, Aunie exemplified an obedient and respectful character and led by example through both her actions and her words. She eagerly served others and consistently did what was asked of her. She was a responsible and dependable teenager with a remarkable work ethic. She owned her own car, worked at the restaurant R&R for a little over two years, and often drove both herself and her siblings to work-all while maintaining her school responsibilities. “That car was her pride and joy.” Any task she was given, she completed and she completed it well.
She loved animals, music (especially Party Next Door), and trying new foods; she even enjoyed West African dishes. She was an exceptionally talented dancer. “She has been dancing since the beginning of time. That was her thing.” She had numerous videos and reels showcasing this gift, often alongside her younger sister and close cousin. Their mothers enrolled the three of them in professional dance classes from an early age, and together they performed in dance competitions for nine years.
Aunie was also a creative spirit—a digital creator and true “TikTok sensation.” She was thoughtful and insightful by nature, and she found peace in taking walks and spending time journaling.
TimméAuna’s testimony of faith began blossoming two months after her 17th birthday. By July, she had already begun doing self-led Bible studies and made index cards of all of her favorite Scripture verses. She was raised in the church at a very young age but came to know her Lord and Savior through His Word. She sought God through prayer day and night and shared with one of her aunts that she found comfort in her Bible, that was passed on to her from her older sister Timmé. In her own words she had been “sticking to his word and praying every night and day and during hard and difficult times…God is great there’s always trials and tribulations”. She loved God fiercely and passionately just like she loved her mother. On her 17th birthday she got a tattoo sleeve on her right shoulder featuring a butterfly, a flower, and her mother’s birth year. She shared with the same aunt that the tattoo “represents my mama”. One of her most cherished memories was the night her mother saw her off to her high school homecoming celebration. Aunie was very fashionable and it showed beautifully in the dress she wore that night. She was, and will forever be, the most exquisite, elegant, young, and beautiful brown girl that has lived.
TimméAuna’s heart’s desire was to live a life wholly set apart from the world. Her Scripture verse was Psalm 46:5 (ESV), which she kept written on her mirror, in her room. On her November 2025 vision board, she displayed phrases such as “joy, ease, peace,” “The Lord provides for me day by day,” and “I can do all things through him who strengthens me,” the latter taken from Philippians 4:13 (ESV). She truly wanted to bless the Lord with her life, and all who were fortunate enough to know her received a portion of the blessing and gift that she was. Be blessed and encouraged by her life.
Upon the family's request the services for Timme`Auna will be private.
