Tonya attended St Rita Catholic School during her formative years. She graduated from Crispus Attucks High School in 1985. Tonya was employed by AUL and Methodist Hospital, before retiring as Senior Systems Analyst for American Health Networks.
Tonya is survived by her mother, Carretha Hale (Bobby); husband, David A. Scott; two sons, David A. Scott II, and Deon D. Scott (Kennedi); brother, Damon E. Dulin; bonus brother, Tracey Ackles (Sylvia); two sisters, Rhonda J. Bradley (Mark), Candace R. Staples (Curry), bonus sister, Kim Earls (Vincent), two grandchildren Kensleigh and Karter Scott, and a host of family, in-laws and friends.
