86, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 12, 2015. Vaughn was born on May 27, 1929 in Tuscola, IL. He was a proud member of IBEW #1395. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Patricia; his sons, Patrick and Fredrick(Norma) McFarland; his daughter, Bonnie (Neil) Smith; his grandchildren, Nicole and Shara Smith and great-granddaughter Karissa Pinkston; his sister, Nancy Hobson; and his brother and sister-in-laws, Kathryn Ratliff, Mary Cockrum, Carolyn, William, Thomas, Steve and Kenneth Lincks and the late David Lincks.
