

80, of Indianapolis died April 19, 2017. She was born July 9, 1936 in Highland Park, Illinois. She worked at Lord & Taylors and Chicago Testing as a secretary. She was a member of St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church. She was a volunteer at Community North Hospital where she helped make puppy pillows and made prayer shawls at church. Vera is survived by her brother John (Mary) Corso, nieces and nephews: Mindy (John) Minnick, Tony (Heather) Corso, Laura (John) Vucicevic, Tom Corso, David (Sarah) Corso, Jeff (Megan) Corso, great nieces and nephews: Sophie and Collin Minnick, August and Kayleigh Corso, Evan and Andy Vucicevic. She is preceded in death by her parents Americo and Helen Zehren Corso, brother Edward Corso. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, April 28 at 11 am at St. Matthew Catholic Church with visitation an hour before mass. Graveside services will be Saturday, April 29 at 1 pm EST at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Northbrook, Illinois. Services entrusted to Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary.
