2018. Vincent was born on December 23, 1955 to Joseph and Patricia
(Christiansen) Springer. He graduated from Goshen High School in 1974, where
he played football and was on the wrestling team. He graduated from Hanover
College in 1978. Vincent was preceded in death by his father and mother. He was also preceded
in death by a brother, Bruce, a sister, Amy, and his brother-in-law, Daniel
Warner.
He is survived by his stepmother, Glenda Springer of Gilbert, AZ; a
sister, Barbara Votaw (Michael) of Panama City Beach, FL; a sister, Emily
Warner of League City, TX; a brother, Andrew of Cottonwood Heights, UT; a
stepbrother, Robert Briscoe (Rose) of Gaithersburg, MD; and a stepsister, Anne
Locke (Robert), of Louisville, TX.
