31, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 1, 2017. Billy was a fisherman, hunter and friend who will be dearly missed by his mother, Kim (Troy) Tolber; his sisters, Ashley (Ryan) Lechner, Crystal (Brad Abner) Taylor, Shanna (Kris) Hutchinson, Jenny Burnett, Destiny Burnett, Troyianna Tolber, Taylor Tolber and Trinity Tolber; his brother, Troy Jr.; and his fiancè, Jennifer Albert. Billy was preceded in death by his father, Ed Eyster, Jr.; his grandmother, Ann Martin; and niece, Kenzie Taylor.
