Bill was born to Charles M. and Anna M. Germain on July 28, 1939. He married Rita A. Whitman on February 7, 1959, in Terre Haute, Indiana.
Bill worked as a sheet metal worker for over 40 years. He was a volunteer firefighter for Washington Township Fire Department for 22 years.
Bill is preceded in death by his wife Rita A. Germain.
Bill is survived by his daughter Anna Marie Germain, son Mike Germain, daughter Cindy Germain, grandson Adam Germain, granddaughter Sarah Catt (Codey), great granddaughter Grace Catt.
A visitation will be held at Crown Hill Funeral Home, located at 700 W. 38th St., Indianapolis, IN, 46208, on February 13, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at the same venue on February 14, 2026, starting at 11:00 am.
