A public visitation for Mr. Willie T. Shackelford, will be held Friday July 25th, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Williams and Bluitt Funeral Home, 5252 E 38th, Street Indianapolis, Indiana 46218, followed by a celebration of life service at 12:00 PM.
