She leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Dwight W. Smith, son, Edwin Dozier,( biological father), Ira E. Owens Jr, Walter J. Owens (raised her), mother, Olive Owens, brothers, Kirk Owens, Ira Owens III, Bobby Owens, Keith Owens, sisters, Beverly Owens, Jackie Franklin, 13 grandchildren, host of other relatives and friends.
Her visitation will take place on Saturday, June 27, 2015, 12pm-1pm, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 1pm at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
