Willie Grace Fendley

Willie Grace Mozingo Harrell Fendley, 95, of Grove Hill passed away September 30, 2015 at her residence. She was born May 10, 1920. She will be remembered as an avid hunter and lover of nature. She had a wit that she shared with her family and acquaintances. She was a long time member of Union Methodist Church and the Antioch community and was a member of OES #505 of Jackson. She was preceded in death by husbands, Harry Harrell and Grady V. Fendley; son, Johnny Harrell; parents, Tom and Bealle Mozingo; sister, Beth Green and grandchildren, Angie Harrell and John Williamson. She is survived by her son, Harry (Barbara) Harrell of Grove Hill; daughters, Betty (James) Howell of Jackson, Chan (Walter) Griess of Eutaw; grandchildren, Karen Harrell, Sandy Baggett, both of California, Audra (Brian) Raybon of Jackson, Rob (Dallas) Howell of Spanish Fort, Lynn (Robert) Jones of Alabama; eight great-grandchildren; two great, great-grandchildren; sister, Tommie Karr of Walker Springs; several nieces and a nephew. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Lathan Funeral Home in Jackson with the Rev. Molly Fulford and Benny Harrison officiating. Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Antioch Cemetery in Grove Hill with Lathan Funeral Home directing.
