Miss. Frances V. Williams was born in New York, NY on July 8, 1917 to George P. and Bedia Ryan Williams. Frances entered into eternal rest on March 21, 2017 at Elmhurst Hospital Hospice, Elmhurst, New York, she was 99 years old. Beloved sister of the late Mary Williams, the late Anne Williams, the late George Williams, and the late Kathleen Williams. Dear cousin of John Fleming, Anne Liversedge, Brendan Ryan and Gavan Ryan. As Frances entered her final years she was cared for faithfully by Savitri Seenaraine, Radi Ramdat, and Sasha Seenaraine. May she rest in peace.
