Mr. Jose L. Hernandez born on June 27, 1936 passed away at Elmhurst Hospital Center, Elmhurst, NY on April 11, 2012 at the age of 75. Born in Cuba to the late Francisco Hernandez and the late Carmen Urquji Hernandez. Cremation will be private and he will be entombed at Flagler Memorial Park, Miami, Florida.
