As a County employee I work with Ray. He was always a truthful good man. He will be missed here at the County.

Knowing and working with Ray Ingram for over thirty years, I came to know a man with Dignity, Integrity and strong principles toward life and treatment of others that he came into contact with. I am praying for his mother and family during this great loss of Ray in their life. The world has lost a good man. A week and half ago I had the privilege to talk to Ray and he was excited about retiring at the first of January and paying off the house for his mother. Then retiring too from Social Sercuity when he reached age 62 in February. He will be missed and I give THANKS for knowing this man. Ray Bryant
