Billy Joe Messemore, born on June 17, 1942, passed away on January 16, 2026, at the age of 83. He was a resident of Lena, Mississippi.

A visitation will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home, located at 6011 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, MS, 39209, on January 23, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm.

Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will take place at the same venue from 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm.
