Billy E Parks

Billy spent his life enjoying being outdoors doing yardwork, gardening, planting, and growing flowers. One of his favorite pastimes was building small houses from recycled wood from old fences.

Billy spent his life enjoying his children, grandchildren, and his many pets. He was a loyal employee of Vickers Inc. for 42 years. He was a member of Colonial Heights Baptist Church.

Billy is survived by his wife, Becky; daughter Sheila (Mike) of Brookhaven; daughter Robin (Stacey) of Pearl; granddaughters Chrystle of Baltimore and Haleigh of Ridgeland; grandsons Blake (Jamie) of Flowood; Dillon (Sara) of Crystal Springs; Chase of Jackson; great granddaughters Hollyn and Riley; great grandsons Corbin, Patrick, and Mayson. Billy is also survived by his brother Albert (Joyce) and two loving dogs, Lillie and Chocolate Chip.

Billy was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, and two brothers.

A visitation will be held on February 3, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Lakewood Funeral Home, located at 6011 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, Mississippi, 39209. Following the visitation, a graveside service will take place at 2:00 pm at Lakewood Memorial Park, situated at 6000 Clinton Blvd., Jackson, Mississippi, 39209.
