Billy D. Tucker was born in Jackson, MS on May 28, 1941 and went to be with the Lord on February 19, 2015 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. He was preceded in death by his wife Bettye Ray Tucker. He is survived by his children, Carla Moyer and husband Neil Moyer of Diamondhead, MS; Renee Ploughman of San Antonio, TX; Terry Miller and wife Donna Miller of Blanco, TX; Al Miller and wife Leah Miller of Madison County, MS; grandchildren, Benjamin Ploughman and Tucker Moyer. He was an auto racing enthusiast and participated throughout his life. In his retirement he enjoyed fishing and going to car shows. He spent his career at Complete Auto Transit and ABF. Visitation will be held Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Lakewood Funeral Home. The service will be held at 2:00 pm with interment following in Lakewood Memorial Park.
