Charles is survived by his daughter Connie Beauregard of Gloster, La. He has three grandsons, Jonathon W. Beauregard II, Charles Alexander Beauregard and Jackson Tyler Beauregard. He leaves three brothers Billy Byrd, Sammy Byrd of Jackson, Miss and Grady Byrd of Ocean Springs, Miss and one sister Patsy Holder.
He is preceded in death by his wife Alice Byrd and two brothers Dicky Byrd and Johnny Byrd of Jackson.
Charles was born on January 22, 1927 in Hattiesburg, Miss. He grew up in Jackson, Miss until leaving to serve his country in WWII. He married his wife Alice in 1950. They moved to Bossier City, La in 1968. He retired from Sun Oil Co. in 1983 and ran a family Art Gallery until he retired in 1995. He devoted his life to his family and friends.
Visitation will be at 11:00, service following at 12:00, Thursday January 8th, at Lakewood Memorial Funeral Home in Jackson, Miss.
