Mr. Charles Michael Vaughn, 61, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2016 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. Visitation will be held at Lakewood South Funeral Home on McClure Rd on Thursday, September 29 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and on Friday from 12:00 to 1:00 PM followed by a graveside service at Lakewood South Memorial Park.
He was born on July 14, 1955 in Jackson, MS to Charles and LaVerne Vaughn. He worked for over 20 years as a Carpenter III for Jackson Public Schools.
Mike is preceded by his loving mother. He is survived by his father; daughter, Michelle Miller (Jerry); son, Chris Vaughn; brother, Rusty Vaughn; grandchildren, Kaleb Frazier, Chance Miller and Autumn Miller; fiance, Lindy Cutrer and her three sons; former spouse, Cindy Smith and her family; along with a full family of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and the list goes on.
