September 28, 1959 – November 13, 2021
Cindy Tucker Sayers, 62, passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at her home in Brandon. A private family service will be held.
Cindy was born on September 28, 1959 in New Orleans, LA to the late, Van and Faye Dewees Tucker. She was a commercial account manager at FBB Insurance. She had a big heart for her family, friends and animals. Most days she could be found enjoying a nice cup of coffee while birdwatching and feeding the ducks behind her house. Cindy was a lifelong fan of the New Orleans Saints (Who Dat!) and loved jamming out to 70s and 80s music. Above all, she loved spending time with her daughter, son-in-law and her grandkids. To her daughter she was a best friend and to her grandchildren she the most wonderful Nana.
She will be remembered by her family and friends for her sweet spirit and amazing work ethic. It was hard to stop her from working even on her days off. She will be truly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Cindy is survived by her daughter, Andrea M. Bishop (Billy) and their children, Leah and Levi; and her brother, Richard Tucker and his children, Rick Tucker and Vikki Tucker.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice in her memory.

I started out as a coworker and became a friend. She, Andrea, and Leah became part of Karen and my family. When I learned of her passing I cried and then smiled realizing she is with her parents in Heaven.
