Mrs. Davey Sue McNeill, 84, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2015 at Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. Visitation will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 25 from 5-7 PM. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 11 AM with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mrs. McNeill was a member of Robinhood Baptist Church. She retired from Wingfield High School after 30 years of service with the Jackson Public School system.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde McNeill, Jr. and sister, Virginia Brown.
Mrs. McNeill is survived by her sons, David McNeill (Karen) and Don McNeill; daughters, Jennifer Fields (Curry) and Tammy Hutchinson (Gary); grandchildren, Michelle, Chris, Jarrod, Jake, Chassity, Casity, Kevin, and Jennifer; 10 great grandchildren; sister, Nancy McKay, and special niece, Jeannie Couey.
