

Born: December 6, 1923 Died: April 23, 2015 Dell A. Williams, 91, of Clinton, formerly of Jackson, MS passed away April 23, 2015 in Clinton. Visitation will be Friday, April 24 at Lakewood Funeral Home in Jackson, MS, from 5-7p.m. Her service will begin at 9 am on Saturday, April 25 in the chapel of Lakewood Funeral Home with graveside services and internment at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Williams was born in Pinola, MS on December 6, 1923. She was baptized at Pinola Baptist Church at the age of 11. She was educated at Pinola High School, and was a member of First Baptist Church Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, J.B. and Margaret Allbritton, her husband, Harold Edward Williams, daughter Margaret Kathleen Williams, brothers E.C. Allbritton (Mary), Claude Allbritton (Catherine), sisters Verna Connolly (Harry), and Jessie Vinson. She is survived by daughter Barbara Loesch (Don) of Bellville, TX, and son David Williams (Michelle) of Ridgeland, MS, by grandchildren Kathy Gabelman (Kevin), Ken Williams (Brooke), Meagan Grantham (Jamie), David Loesch (Laura), and Darrin Loesch (Allison), also by great-grandchildren Cole, Anthony, Kiah, and Tiffany Gabelman; Aidan, Beau and Liam Grantham; Ashley and Joshua Loesch; Travis Loesch; sisters Ann Farr and Lynette Ashley, and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was a homemaker and loved music, bird-watching, flowers, and especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Granna will be missed. The family would like to thank the staff at Clinton Healthcare and Pax Hospice for their support in our mother’s final days. We also wish to extend gratitude to Zyonda Adams, special friend and caregiver, who was a bright beacon of caring and love to our mother for the last ten years.
