Gloria was born in Syracuse, New York, daughter of Honey Gould and Danny Stevens. She was a kindhearted soul who cherished her family and always put others first.
Gloria Sanders is survived by her two sons, James Sanders (Bernadine), Jerry Sanders (Mary Lou) and three daughters, Carla Jaggers (Ken), Kim Florian, Tracy Szilasi (Ken) and 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Private services will be held Thursday May 19, 2011 in the chapel at Northminster Baptist Church.
