Gloria "Sitty" Beggiani Thomas

Mrs. Gloria “Sitty” Beggiani Thomas, 79, died Friday, June 10, 2011 at St. Dominic- Jackson Memorial Hospital. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Monday at St. Peter’s Catholic Cathedral in Jackson with interment in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is 8:30-10:30 AM Monday at the church.

Mrs. Thomas was born August 14, 1931 in Jackson, MS to the late Norman H. and Adele Joseph Beggiani. She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Frank Thomas and by her brother, H.N. “Buddy” Beggiani. She is survived by her daughters,Cynthia Thomas Brooks (David) of Jackson and Cheryl Thomas Bozeman (Russell) of Raymond; grandchildren, Russell Bozeman Jr. (Chaffin) of Raymond, Matthew Bozeman of Raymond, Jennifer Brooks of Jackson, Jason Brooks and his fiancé Christy of Jackson, and Stephanie Boykin (Reynolds) of Jackson. Mrs. Thomas is also survived by her great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Bozeman of Raymond.
