Helen was my dad’s favorite cousin when they were growing up. I have so many childhood memories of going over to her and Carl’s house in Clinton for family get togethers. I wish both Scott and Michael my deepest sympathies.

Helen was always a joy to be around. She was a wonderful wife and mother. She always put others ahead of herself. My thoughts and prayers will be with the family during this time. Cherish your precious memories and remember because of Jesus we will see her again! She’s with her Mom and Carl now and at total peace and complete healing.

Helen made this world a brighter place for everyone she met. She opened her heart to all; always giving and most notably an example of loving others like Jesus loves us.
You welcomed me into your family/home and I gained a loving family and two little brothers (Michael and Scott).
Thanks for loving me and my family. You will always hold a special place in my heart. Our prayers are with you Michael, Michelle, Scott, Bailey, Riley, Uncle Jimmy, Mary Jane and family/friends.

Helen was a rock! She was one of the most terrific women I have ever worked with in my career. Helen was meticulous with her work, thoughtful in her dealings with others and a true professional. On a personal level, she was an awesome friend and Christian. You knew she cared by her eyes-she didn't have to say a word. What a lovely person has left us.

The world is a little less colorful today. What a truly wonderful lady. I could not have survived working in state government without her. I loved her dearly.

Helen’s smile first thing in the morning at MPB was always warm and inviting. She knew just what to say on my sad days. I am blessed by the words and memories she gave to me. She shared her faith in Jesus everyday. It was so very comforting to have her hold my hand as she prayed with me.
Helen held her family very close to her heart. Her eyes would light up as she spoke of her children and grandchildren.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
