Helen Durr

Helen Coughlin Durr, 92, of Clinton passed away Thursday, January 3, 2013 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center. Born February 11, 1920 in Jackson, TN to Daniel James and Lula Anna Coughlin, Helen was affectionately known as Muver to her family and friends. She attended Holy Savior Catholic Church in Clinton. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Leonard L Durr.

Survivors include sister Martha Clay of Coeburn, VA; son Len Durr of Senatobia; daughter Ettice Ann Pickens of Brandon; granddaughters Amy Vetter of Brandon, Sara-Helen Ware of Batesville, Sharon Durr of Ridgeland; grandson Chris Pickens of Austin, TX and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM Monday, January 7 at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home, High Street Location. Visitation will be Monday 9:00 AM prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Lakewood Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Holy Savior Catholic Church.
