My granddaughter, Ruth Hopkins and grandson, Levi Hopkins were so blessed by Ima Sue. Ruth began in the First Pres nursery in 2011 and just completed 2nd grade. Ima Sue would let Ruth still hang out with her and Ruth's little brother Levi each day before school began. Levi started in the nursery in 2015.
Ima Sue was devoted to sharing the gospel with the children from when they began. She taught them songs, celebrated each holiday, and took so many pictures and videos. Even though my daughter-in-law, Joanna Hopkins was a teacher, Ima Sue made sure the activities the children did were preserved by pics, projects and videos. She was one in a million and my heart hurts because she is gone. I know she is walking the streets of gold and I will see her again one day.

Ima Sue was a very dear friend from high school. Beautiful woman with a godly heart. I can hear her wonderful laugh and treasure the old memories with our two families and the phone calls for uplifting sharing. I love you dear friend and while I know you are rejoicing with your reunion in Heaven, we that are left behind will mourn our loss
