Visitation will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home, 6011 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, MS 39209 on May 5, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm at Magee Cemetery.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Fred Allen Levins. She is survived by sons, Allen Loyd Levins (Pam) and Michael David Levins (Debi); daughters, Janet Ann Williams (Steve) and Theresa Levins Hicks (Dan); grandchildren, Nicki Riley, Shayna Victoria Williams, Daniel Ray Hicks, III, Matthew Skyler Hicks; great grandchildren, Brayden Christian Riley, McKinley Paige, and Gracelyn Ann
