I became employed at Mutual Credit Union in July 1988 and from day one I admired and respected Janet. She became my mentor and I was saddened when she moved to Louisiana. Occasionally she would call and consult about lending, it was reconnecting again.  Janet is in my heart and mind, I hope to see her again in Mary’s arms. 

I am very saddened that Janet has died. I wish I had known earlier so that I might have attended her funeral. She and Stan were close friends and wonderful people. God rest their souls.

I was very saddened to hear of Janet's passing. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to meet her and pray with her a few months ago. She was a very kind lady. May the peace of the Lord comfort your family at this time.

I am praying for the family. I worked with Mrs. Flora Janotta over 45yrs. ago at UMMC in the ER. I met Janet then. Mrs. Janotta and her husband changed my life by helping me get into the management training at Sears. Wonderful parents raise wonderful loving children. Janet was the first best friend for life when my family moved here in 1968. My second best friend I met has passed almost 6 years ago. Janet and I had so many fun times together all the way through college until she left to go with Stan. We spoke here and there for the rest of the years. We spoke more after Stan's passing, so glad we did. My mother-Janet's second mother is heartbroken. I will miss you until we meet again.

I had the pleasure of working with Janet at Mutual Credit Union in Vicksburg, MS for a number of years and we became close friends.  She was a very hard worker and had the utmost compassion for people.  She would make you laugh and smile.  I will miss our late night conversations and miss hearing your voice and talking about our families and fur babies. I know you are in no more pain and suffering and that brings me peace and comfort.  Love you my dear friend until we meet again.

Janet had the sweetest of hearts.

I knew her top priority to be family first, she was extremely grateful for her wonderful children.
She loved to laugh, was thoughtful and selfless.
