Lane Cole passed on May 27, 2026, at the age of 89. A Graveside Service will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park, 6000 Clinton Blvd., Jackson, Mississippi 39209, on June 2, 2026, at 2:00 pm. Lane will be laid to rest at Lakewood Memorial Park, 6000 Clinton Blvd., Jackson.
Lane was born to the late Fred Cole and Lottie Mae Westbrook Cole.
He preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Wesley Cole and Charles Cole. He is survived by sons, Ronnie Cole and Ricky Cole; sisters, Jane Moore and Nancy Murphy and three grandchildren.
