Larry M. Hughes

Larry M. Hughes age 54, died Saturday, July 31, 2010 in Atlanta, GA. Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Lakewood Memorial Park with Rev. Ty Pigott officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home on High Street.

Mr. Hughes was born in Jackson, Mississippi on October 15, 1955. He graduated from Calloway High School and Florida State University, where he was a member of Kappa Sigma. Larry’s hobby was his Yorkie “Nuggett” that he especially loved.

Survivors include his father, Travis & Margaret Hughes of Magee, MS and his mother Bill & Charlene Kelly of Jackson, MS. A brother, Haden Hughes and his wife Tish of Jackson and a step-brother, William W. Kelly III and his wife Deborah of Tulsa, OK. A sister, Pamela Hughes of Boston, MA and a step-sister Cheryl Marbury and her husband Pat of Ridgeland, MS and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother Robert Allan Hughes.
