Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday May 1, 2013 from the High St. Chapel of Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 9:30 AM. Interment will be at 1:30 PM in the Glenwood Cemetery in Yazoo City.
Born in Yazoo City, Miss Morris had lived in Jackson for many years. She was a retired Telephone Operator with South Central Bell with over 40 years service. She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
Survivors include her three sisters, Mary Ellen Morris, Edna Earl Shive, Elizabeth Hood and her brother Tom Price Morris.
