Mildred Maxine Fetzer, 92, passed away on September 2, 2026. Born April 12, 1934, in Somerset, PA, she lived a life marked by steady faith and quiet devotion to the people and pursuits she held dear.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mildred Zimmerman, and by her husband, Thomas Fetzer, Sr.
She is survived by her son, Thomas Fetzer Jr., of Brandon, MS; her daughter, Mildred Treece of Lewisburg, PA; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Mildred’s love for Jesus was central to her life, shaping the way she carried herself and cared for others. She also found joy and calm in the work of her hands and the companionship of friends—whether through ceramics and needle point, or around a table shared for bridge and bunco.
