I knew Nancy because she and her riding buddies would come and have lunch with us at Bay Breeze Cafe. I found her spirit, energy and attitude to be amazing and I know she will be greatly missed by many. It was a privilege to give her a “Cowboy” cookie when she came in! 😊❤️

I had known Nancy less than 3 years, but like so many, felt a closeness to her. She possessed a wonderful blend of features that kept you coming back for more! Caring, accepting, strong willed, highly intelligent, faith filled...a beautiful and classy lady! Our rides at Rawhide Stables, lunches out, our day trip to Ocean Springs- many sweet memories. So very grateful I met this special woman - and got to meet some of her beloved family. Sincere condolences!

I had the honor of riding horses with Nancy, and most recently we shared a trip to Wyoming last June to ride at the Triangle C Guest Ranch with Melanie Beiser. I also attended the Red Stegall Cowboy gathering with her which we truly enjoyed. Her laughter , sense of humor and crazy horse, Monty will be missed on the trails we used to share. She was a one of a kind, and if she called you friend, she meant it with all her heart.

Almost 9 years ago Nancy and Monty came into our lives and board her horse with us. Had no idea what an impact Nancy would have on us. She not only became a friend, she became family. She loved life. Wanted to live it and she did. We had many trail rides and traveled together. This time last year we were in Fort Worth, Tx . Having a wonderful time. We are honor to have known Nancy. We will miss her so. We will see her again on the trails of heaven.

We met Nancy in June 2019 at the Triangle C ranch in Dubois Wy. My first impression of Nancy was the twinkle in her beautiful eyes. Next was her calm demeanor and elegant conversations. I then learned of her strength in fighting this battle. I must admit while on the trail I did tear up several times realizing this maybe her last ride. Gayle and Melanie were Nancy’s cheerleaders and brought a lot of laughs around the table. I met these saddle sisters once and yet they will stay with me a lifetime. May your grief be brief and your memories long!
