Paul Morrison Henkel, Sr., 64, passed away at his home in Jackson on August 22, 2015. He was born on February 24, 1951 in Camden, New Jersey. Paul, Sr. was a career serviceman and retired from the U.S. Navy, and he loved Jesus.
Visitation will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home on Thursday, August 27 from 6-9pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Morrison Heights Baptist Church on Friday, August 28 from 6-9pm.
Paul, Sr. leaves behind four children, Paul Henkel, Jr., Michael Henkel, Michelle Gonzalez, and Jamie Henkel; grandchildren, Elisa Valencia, Marisela Valencia, Angelina Valencia, Juli Valencia, Kayla Henkel, Aidan Henkel, Jacob Henkel, and James Henkel; three great-grandchildren and the mother of his children, Cynthia Smith.
