Peggy F Duffey, a beloved resident of Brandon, Mississippi, passed away on December 4, 2025, at the age of 86. Born on September 22, 1939, Peggy led a life marked by love and dedication to her family and community.
She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Rickman, her mother, Juanita Rickman, her husband, Charles Duffey, whom she married on February 14, 1961, in Jackson, Mississippi; and her son, Mike Duffey.
Peggy is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Johnson (Mike) of Brandon, Mississippi, and her son, Charles Frank Duffey Jr (Jeannie) of Argyle, Texas. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Michael Collins, Morgan Williams, Anna Foster, Tyler Duffey, Sarah Marta, and Dylan Johnson, as well as eight great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home, located at 6011 Clinton Blvd, Jackson, Mississippi, on December 8, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Following the visitation, a pavilion service will take place at Lakewood Memorial Park beginning at 12:00 pm.
