It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of Peggy Rush's passing on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Peggy was born in Jackson, Mississippi on April 29, 1956, to Richard and Christine Milne.
Peggy found immense joy in spending time with her cherished friends, family, and her beloved four-legged companion, Drake. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, friend, and sister.
Peggy was preceded in death by her father, Richard Milne, and her sister, Sandra. She is survived by her devoted mother, Christine; her son, Bobby; her daughter, Melissa; and her beloved dog, Drake. She also leaves behind her grandsons, Caden Rush, Jeremiah Stevens, and Jason Tyler Stevens, and her great-granddaughter, Nova Stevens. Peggy is also survived by her brother, Richard (Tanya) Milne, and their son, Richard Milne, III.
A visitation was held to honor Peggy's memory on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with a graveside service to follow.
