Polly Ann Johnson, 68, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at St. Dominic Hospital. Visitation will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home on Saturday, January 21 from 2:00 to 3:00 PM with the funeral service to follow.
Mrs. Johnson was born on October 5, 1954 to the late Lee and Ellen Bunker Dees. She enjoyed making jewelry, shopping and watching cooking shows.
She is survived by her husband, David Johnson; daughter, Lindsay Slobodnik (Chris) and their son, Elon; sister, Lee Stengel. She is also survived by her kitty companions, Bevo, Gracie, Munckin, Asher and Furball.
