She was a member of First Baptist Church Clinton where she was involved with numerous groups and programs of the church she loved.
Ms. Bonds also enjoyed taking care of the ladies in the area at her beauty shop, Hair Waves.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lorene Tutor and Buren Lamar McMurtrey and two brothers, Billy Tutor and Bobby McMurtrey.
Ms. Bonds is survived by two sons, Greg Bonds (Shannon) and Corey Bonds; a sister, Melinda Turner; a brother, Johnny McMurtrey; two grandchildren, Joey Bonds and Olivia Bonds and one great-grandchild, Carter Elizabeth Bonds.
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Sunday at Lakewood Memorial Funeral Home.
The service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Monday in Lakewood Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Lakewood Memorial Park.
