ROBERT SAMUEL LEIGH, JR., 65, died of natural causes at his home in Florence, MS. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at Lakewood Funeral Home from 11-1PM with a celebration of life service beginning at 1PM in the funeral home chapel.
Mr. Leigh was a graduate of Biloxi High School and attended Mississippi College in Clinton. He was the son of the late Robert S. Leigh, Sr. and Marion Waltzer Leigh. Mr. Leigh worked at Stuart Irby and Action Island. He had a love for comic books. At the time of his death, Mr. Leigh was retired.
He is survived by a daughter, Becca Leigh; a grandson, James Andrew Hatch; sister, Melanie Leigh Fortenberry and her husband Cliff; a niece, Lizzie Fortenberry Bebber and her husband Eric, their son Eli, and a girl on the way; a nephew, Ryan Fortenberry and his wife Lauren, their son Jansen, and a girl on the way also.
