William (Billy) A. Easom, Architect, went to live with his Heavenly Father on Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015. Bill (affectionately known as Doc) was 81 years of age and he lived his life doing what he loved most which was architecture. Bill graduated from Mississippi State College in May 1955. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Clinton, MS. He leaves behind his loving family: Wife, Nell Shepherd Easom, son Dave Easom (Janice) of Natchez, MS, and daughter Debra Easom Thomas (Mike) of Clinton, MS; 5 grandchildren: Amber Pitts, Clint Easom, Blake Thomas, Brad Thomas and Brooke Rodgers. He also leaves behind 6 great grandchildren; one sister Carolyn Easom Watkins and brother Bobby Easom of Newton, MS; his loving and kind care-givers: Deborah Martin and Robbie Alexander.He was preceded in death by his parents, Lois Davison Easom and Marvin Easom of Sebastopol, MS.The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2015 at Lakewood Memorial Funeral Home. The service will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13 in the funeral home chapel with interment following in Lakewood Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the charity of their choice.
