Albert David Grimm

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 20th, 2011 at 11 a.m., in the South Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons, with Bro. Glen Harris officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Springs Methodist Church Cemetery in Chester County.

Mr. Grimm was born on March 20th, 1933 to the late William Grimm and Mary Catherine Henry Grimm. He worked for Jackson Storm Window and Door for many years, then started and owned Grimco Repair. He enjoyed all aspects of life, including gardening, working in his shop, and drinking coffee with his good friends at Bob Parkers.

He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Frances Harris Grimm; 2 daughters, Dianne Grimm Beshiers (Wade) and Cindy Grimm Young (Randy); 2 sisters, Kathleen Stanfill, Polly Newsom; 3 grandchildren, Becca Beshiers, Mandy Young Carter (Josh) and Devilon Young (Stephanie), and two great-grandchildren, Jackson and Ava Grace Young.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by 4 sisters, Betty Watson, Willie Mae Bates, Jean Banks and Ella Young.
