Really sorry for your loss..I had Mrs. Freeman in the mid 70's for Algebra..the only class I ever failed at JCM. At the time I thought this lady is HARD. Soon I realized she was hard AND fair..From then on I had the utmost respect for her and she really cared about my progress even though I was not always a model student..later on in life I would run into Mrs Freeman and was always glad to see her and her me...She always will hold a special place with me and she gave me positive family will be praying for ya'll in this time..David Smith..Class of 76

I'm so deeply sorry for your lost. I met her 35 years ago, I did not have Mrs. freeman for math but a teacher next door but everyday she was at her door with the most beautiful smile and her eyes lighten up, she always made day. Mrs. Freeman take your rest.

Mrs. Freeman was one of the best teachers I ever had. I had her for Geometry and Algebra in 1984 and 1985. She will be missed in the world of education.

Mrs. Freeman taught me Geometry in 1974. I got a little lazy my senior year and skipped Algebra II with her. She got upset with me for not taking the class and I always regretted my decision because she was right. I loved her passion for teaching. She was one of the best teachers I ever had. Thanks Mrs. Freeman you were the best!

My husband and I both had Mrs. Freeman for Algebra and Geometry in the 80s. I was able to help both of my boys with their homework because of what Mrs. Freeman taught me. Mrs. Freeman surprised my kids with very generous gifts at Christmas last year. I hope she knew that her thoughtfulness was genuinely appreciated. I am very sad to hear that she has passed. Clyde and Dai, you will be in my prayers.
