OBITUARY

Beverly Jean Hoefling

May 22, 1932October 27, 2019

Beverly Hoefling was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on May 22, 1932 to the late Wesley and Alberta Johnson. She passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Jackson General after a short illness. She was a homemaker and in her earlier years worked in a sewing factory and on the playground where her children attended school. She is proceeded in death by her husband Robert Hoefling, brother Wesley Johnson and grandson Jeffery Scarpino.

She is survived by her children ;Jan Scarpino (Bob) of Port Clinton, Ohio, Kim Bearden (Dickie) and Guy Hoefling (Shannon) of Jackson and Joy Hoefling of Nesbit, MS. 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Beverly was an avid bowler, crafter and devoted Fox News viewer. She loved football especially the Nebraska Cornhuskers and The Ohio State Buckeyes. She had a witty sense of humor, was spunky, stubborn and never met a stranger. She was loved by many friends and family. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her greatest joy.

Pallbears serving: Kevin Scarpino, Stephen Hoefling, Ty Hoefling, Josh Bates, Trey Hoefling and Jake Bates. Honorary Pallbear: Jeffery Scarpino. Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday November 1, 2019 at 1:00 pm in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons with burial to follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery. Bro. Cliff Walker Sr. will officiate the service.The family will receive friends and family on Friday from 11:00 am until the time of the service at 1:00 pm.
