

Born on April , 1955, in Madison County, Tennessee, Keith was the son of the late Whitt Leon Griffin and Betty Grace Williams Griffin. A hardworking and talented craftsman, Keith was the longtime owner of his family’s business, the Hobby Shop, where he became well known throughout the community for his exceptional upholstery work. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and pride in every project earned him the respect and appreciation of countless customers and friends over the years.
Above all, Keith treasured his family. He found his greatest joy in the time spent with those he loved, creating lasting memories that will be cherished for generations. His kind heart, quiet strength, and willingness to help others will be remembered by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Watts Stewart.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his devoted wife, Peggy Ellison Griffin; two sons, Paul Whitt Griffin and James Michael Griffin (Wendy); four beloved grandchildren, Katelyn Griffin, Corbin Griffin, Kamie Griffin, and Gracie Griffin; his siblings, Pamela Stewart (Kenny), Deborah Hawks, Betty Ruth Haltom, Neva Collins (Richard), Randy Stewart (Debbie), and Jimmy Griffin; along with several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
A graveside service to celebrate the life of Keith Griffin will be held on Friday, July 10, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Big Springs Cemetery, 849 Ozier Road, Pinson, Tennessee. A brief viewing will be held at the graveside from 10:00 until 10:30 a.m. prior to the service.
Following the service, family and friends are invited to gather for food and fellowship at the fellowship hall of Big Springs United Methodist Church as they continue celebrating Keith’s remarkable life.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Keith’s memory to Big Springs Cemetery, c/o Charles Williams, 2765 New Friendship Road, Beech Bluff, TN 38313.
