Carol Ann Powell

Carol was born on July 14, 1939, in Scott, Arkansas, to Orville Williams and Pauline Williams Winkler. Throughout her life, Carol was devoted to those she loved most. She and her husband, Wendell Powell, shared 63 years of marriage, building a life together filled with family, cherished memories, and a love that endured through the decades.

Carol was preceded in death by her daughter, Leslie Powell; her son-in-law, Dennis Frappier; her father, Orville Williams; and her mother and stepfather, Pauline and Clyde Winkler.

She leaves behind her beloved husband of 63 years, Wendell Powell; her daughter, Tracy Powell Frappier; her grandson, Devin Frappier and his wife, Laura; and her great-granddaughter, Autumn Frappier.

Carol’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew and loved her. The many years and memories they shared will remain a lasting source of comfort in the days ahead.

In accordance with the family’s wishes, a private memorial will be held to celebrate Carol’s life.
